REFUND AND RETURN

At Ahisma LLC, we’re committed to ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your suit purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer the following refund and return policy:

1. Return Request
   You may return your item within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
   Return requests should be emailed to customersupport@ahismallc.com or g.boyd@ahismallc.com, including your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Process
   Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the return address and packing instructions.
   Please package the item securely and include your order confirmation or return form. Make sure to use a tracked mailing method to ensure we receive your return.
3. Refund Processing
   Once we receive and inspect your return, we typically process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be processed using your original payment method. The refund amount will not include the initial shipping cost and any duties and taxes (if applicable).
4. Important Notes
   Exceptions: Some products may not be eligible for our return policy. Please carefully read the product description before purchasing.
   Price-Reduced Items: If the price of your purchased item has been reduced at the time of return, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid.
   Returned items must be in new condition and meet our return conditions. Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.
5. Exchange Policy
   We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require an exchange, please follow the return process and place a new order.
